RMA Request

If your device is still under warranty, you can request an RMA \ Return by creating a support ticket. Please fill out the form in its entirety and include the following additional information in the "Description" field:

• Shipping address if requesting an RMA
• Phone number (required by shipping company)
• Device Serial Number (please enter the full string including any zeros)
• Description of the problem: be as accurate as possible, attachments can be included via the icon at the bottom of the request window.
